Integrated Women's Development Organization is a Local NGO working on nature restoration and mitigation the impact of climate change and land degradation on communities Livelihood . the main target community groups of the organization are rural Women's ,women headed households ,youths and small holding farmers residing in severely degraded area . IWDO implement integrated watershed development interventions to develop climate change resilient community - IWDO is women led and 95% of its staff and managing bodies are women's these improve the women's decision making roll and empower - since its establishment IWDO restored 260 ha of severely degraded communal land and access for landless women's ,small holding farmers and youth groups of the community
