Quinta do Outono is a family-run project located in the Douro Valley, Portugal, combining rural hospitality, regenerative agriculture and ecological landscape restoration. In recent years, the project has evolved beyond traditional agro-tourism by integrating practices related to soil regeneration, soil microbiology, water retention, biodiversity and regenerative management of Mediterranean landscapes. The team behind Quinta do Outono works across regenerative agriculture, natural wine, ecological restoration and environmental education, while currently developing Regenera Outono — a long-term initiative focused on creating a living space for demonstration, learning and territorial regeneration in the Douro. Our goal is to create a practical connection between hospitality, ecology, landscape regeneration and community learning, bringing people closer to the living processes of soil, water and ecosystems.
