The gap
Nature's most effective stewards are the least funded.
Each year, over $7 trillion flows into activities that harm nature, while barely $200 billion goes toward restoring it (UNEP, State of Finance for Nature). And of that sliver, less than 1% of climate development aid reaches the local communities and Indigenous peoples who steward the majority of the world's remaining biodiversity.
The bottleneck isn't impact. It's infrastructure: sourcing, vetting, compliance, transparency, and cross-border payments. That's the infrastructure we're building.
