GreenPill Uganda Helps to regenerative the world and provide segmented basic income to regenerative farmers through web3 on chain solutions to eliminate poverty with Integrated Environmental Management Project designed to address critical environmental challenges in Eastern Uganda through coordinated waste management, native species restoration and water quality monitoring programs. This project will directly benefit approximately 150,000 people across 15 districts while establishing sustainable environmental stewardship practices. VISION To create thriving, resilient ecosystems in Eastern Uganda where communities live in harmony with restored natural environments, enjoying clean water, healthy landscapes, and sustainable livelihoods. MISSION To implement community-driven environmental solutions that restore native biodiversity, ensure water security, and establish effective waste management systems while building local capacity for long-term environmental stewardship.
Our integrated approach combines forest conservation, water protection, and community empowerment to create lasting environmental and social change.
We're establishing 15 community-managed forest reserves while training 1,000 local restoration experts. Native species restoration will strengthen watersheds and boost biodiversity for generations to come.
Install 75 monitoring stations across major watersheds
Train 150 community water monitors
Establish 30 community-managed treatment systems
Improve water access for 100,000 people
Reduce water-borne disease by 40% in target communities
Our Core Belief: When communities lead environmental management with proper technical support, local ownership, and sustainable funding, ecosystems and people flourish together.
What Makes the Difference:
Community-led systems outperform top-down solutions
Native restoration strengthens watershed health
Local monitoring creates lasting water protection
This isn't just about environmental restoration—it's about empowering communities to become stewards of their own natural resources and health.
