CENTER FOR AGRICULTURALS TEWARDSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT

CENTER FOR AGRICULTURAL STEWARDSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT – CASAD initiative; a Youth led initiative along the foot of mount Cameroon, Aim at restoring the mountain ecosystem; we are made up of young graduates and indigenous youths who grew up experiencing firsthand the negative impact of climate change and land degradation on our families, smallholder farmers and internally displaced persons. Historically, our community has long relied on the mount Cameroon biodiversity for sustainable living for decades now, middle men and the ongoing civil unrest further exacerbate the issue by offering low rates and attract internally displaced individual to really on depleted ecosystem leading to land degradation, food insecurity and poverty. This motivated us to come up with the the CASAD organization aim at restoring the mount Cameroon ecosystem.
