The Regen House emerges at a pivotal moment in the evolution of Feÿ Commons.

Over the years, the ecosystem around Feÿ has progressively expanded beyond temporary gatherings and seasonal programming. What began as an experimental space for encounters and collective reflection is now generating long-term collaborations, territorial projects, ecological initiatives, and ongoing residency dynamics.

At the same time, we have witnessed a growing need for permanence.

Many of the people contributing to these projects, artists, researchers, ecological practitioners, local collaborators, and regenerative project leaders, currently move between temporary accommodations, fragmented workspaces, and seasonal rhythms that limit the continuity and long-term impact of their work.

The Regen House is our response to this need.

In practice, we are transforming an existing building within the Château du Feÿ site, currently stripped back to its walls and roof structure, into a year-round shared home and working space with:

• five bedrooms for residents and visiting practitioners
• shared living and kitchen spaces designed for collective life
• spaces for workshops, research, and collaborative work
• a direct connection to the ecological and agroforestry projects developed by Feÿ Commons on the territory

The house will welcome:

• artists and researchers in residence
• ecologists and agroforestry practitioners
• community builders and social entrepreneurs
• project leaders working on ecological and social transitions
• local and international collaborators contributing to Feÿ Commons' projects

Rather than creating another event space, the ambition is to establish a stable place of presence, stewardship, and cooperation: a space where people can remain rooted in the territory long enough to build meaningful relationships, care for the land, transmit knowledge, and develop projects over time.

The building now requires a complete renovation to become habitable and operational year-round. The funds raised will directly contribute to this transformation.

The project is intentionally modest in scale, but strategic in impact.

By renovating an existing rural building instead of constructing new infrastructure, Feÿ Commons seeks to demonstrate how regeneration can also emerge through adaptive reuse, shared spaces, and long-term care for both people and places.

For us, ecological transition cannot rely solely on short-term initiatives or temporary mobilizations. It also requires permanent human infrastructures capable of sustaining collective engagement across time.
