The Challenge Kenya's rapidly growing urban centers face a critical crisis: massive concrete development has replaced green spaces, leaving communities disconnected from nature and struggling with food insecurity. High density housing, inflation, and the scarcity of fresh, affordable produce have degraded both the environment and quality of life.
Our Solution Ndogo Farms transforms underutilized urban spaces backyards, balconies, and school grounds into thriving food gardens. We provide innovative, space saving vertical gardening systems and specialized hardware engineered for high yields and water efficiency. An AI-powered gardening assistant guides users through sustainable agriculture, making expert knowledge accessible to everyone.
