The Teia dos Povos unites communities, territories, and political organizations—rural and urban. Extractivists, riverine peoples, indigenous, quilombolas, landless, homeless, and small farmers come together as grassroots nuclei to forge collective emancipation. We are building a Black, Indigenous, and Popular Alliance. Under the project of Land and Territory through autonomy, we place creole seeds as our foundation. Anchored in ancestral wisdom, we reject agribusiness—a death project against biomes and traditional communities. In agroecology, we generate wealth and protect Earth as the totality of Life. Mestre Joelson (MST), Maria Muniz (Caramuru Village), Karkaju Pataxó (Indigenous Ministry).
Project story
🌿 Cooperativa dos Povos
Who We Are
We are Cooperativa dos Povos: an alliance of Indigenous and traditional communities uniting three forces—economic resilience, environmental restoration, and cultural empowerment—into one thriving movement. We work collectively, decide transparently, and listen deeply before taking every step forward.
The Challenge
Communities protecting forests and waters face economic exclusion, limited access to practical training, and educational materials disconnected from their reality. Regenerative agroecological cooperativism grows too slowly, and vital solidarity economy opportunities slip away.
Our Solution
Your support funds three concrete actions:
Community Gatherings that strengthen regenerative practices through shared knowledge, collective work, and participatory planning.
Biofertilizer Workshops teaching accessible, free methods to transform local waste into living soil inputs—available online and in-person.
Web3 Booklet demystifying digital wallets, community tokens, and blockchain certification in clear, actionable language for agroecological producers bypassing intermediaries.
Why This Matters
We're scaling what works: gatherings that build trust, training that creates independence, and technology serving the land. With limited resources, we accomplish much—with your help, we transform entire territories.
Expected Impact
We'll reach 15-20 communities, train 200 agents per community in biofertilizer production, distribute 500 printed booklets, and reach thousands digitally.
Join us in building genuine cooperation where communities and land regenerate together.
