regening is a Kerry-rooted Regenerative Thinking & Practice Hub working to create the conditions for an equitable society that cares for people, place and planet.
regening cannot predict when regenerative futures might come to pass or what particular shape they might take. In many respects it is not unlike the way in which pioneer species infuse fertility into bare soil. Those early species are preparing for futures they will never know and yet without them the soil would remain bare. It is this messy early work that creates the conditions in which the majestic oak forests might follow.
regening thus sees its role as that of catalyst – building capacity for regenerative action: weaving networks, nurturing knowledge and skills, shifting mindsets, deepening emotional connection to the natural world and much more.
