The Society for Indigenous Languages, Communities, and Cultures

The Society for Indigenous Languages, Communities, and Cultures of Sierra Leone (SILCC) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2020 by Gibrilla Kamara. SILCC is dedicated to restoring over 9,000 hectares of sacred forests; preserving languages, histories, cultures and communities of Indigenous peoples in the country of Sierra Leone.
