Playmakers Group is the ecosystem architect of the Sacred Streams Coalition. Within a alliance spanning Indigenous institutions, philanthropic funds, and forest-defence initiatives, Playmakers Group designs the connective architecture through which these organizations coordinate, raise capital collectively, and deploy it transparently. Concretely, this means leading the coalition alignment process - defining roles, decision-making structures, and governance frameworks at the coalition level. It means bridging radically different contexts, from Indigenous territorial governance in the Upper Rio Negro to European philanthropic networks, ensuring each partner’s capability is woven into a shared framework. And it means mobilizing the capital pipeline through the European Catalytic Voyage and direct investor engagement. Playmakers Group does not implement in the field. It builds the system through which capital reaches communities directly and Indigenous authority remains non-negotiable.
