Pacha Nishi

Pacha Nishi is a majority Indigenous-led Peruvian NGO based in the Amazon Rainforest, dedicated to reforesting degraded land, preserving traditional medicinal plant knowledge, and creating sustainable opportunities for Shipibo-Konibo communities. Through regenerative agroforestry, intergenerational education, and collaboration with Indigenous elders and local stewards, Pacha Nishi supports both ecological restoration and cultural continuity. The organization integrates ancestral wisdom with long-term environmental stewardship to protect biodiversity, strengthen community resilience, and foster reciprocal relationships between people and the living forest.
