Niebla

Niebla is a pedagogical, artistic, and cultural garden in the cloud forest of Dapa, Farallones del Valle del Cauca — a meeting ground between science, art, community, and craft. Its mission is to be a space for education, memory, and reconciliation with the land. In practice, it functions as a productive garden, a living classroom, and a cultural platform for gastronomic experiences and knowledge exchange. Niebla is building a network of small-scale agroecological producers from the region and seeks to expand economic models that support their success and sustainability — through gastronomic experiences that connect producers with chefs and consumers, and a growing CSA program. The support of this producer network is a thread that runs through all of Niebla's programming and initiatives. Niebla also runs a residency and volunteer program attracting researchers and creatives, making Dapa a hub for regenerative gastronomic action in the region.
