Ériu Farm is a small cooperative of farmers, educators, social workers and therapists operating a farm in County Kilkenny, Ireland, adhering to biodynamic principles while working closely with nature to produce nutrient-dense food for themselves and their local community. Our fully certified organic dairy farm is transitioning to a newly-purchased 47-acre property at Ballyhick along the River Nore in Thomastown. We engage in food production, social farming, community events, educational experiences, and direct sales of milk, herbal products, and vegetables. Our mission is to produce food for ourselves and our local community, to create a space where people can come and see where and how food is produced.
