Davis & Daughter Farms builds regenerative closed-loop agricultural systems that empower farmers and communities. We are three interconnected entities working as one. First, a 21-acre agroforestry research farm in Forest Home, Belize. It is our demonstration site where farmers see proof before adopting practices. Second, the compost facility. We are building the first community-scale aerated static pile compost system in southern Belize. It turns invasive sargassum, rice hulls, and sugarcane waste into free, high-quality compost for smallholder farmers. Third, a farmer-led cooperative and NGO, the Toledo Regenerative Agriculture Association, trains Maya, Mestizo, Creole, and Garifuna farmers in Korean Natural Farming, hosts workshops, and builds community. The people behind this work are Walter Davis III, a USCC Certified Master Composter and UGA Journeyman Farmer, his family, and cooperative founding farmers Feliciano Pop and Maurice Hardiman. We build with the community, not for it.
