The Concerned Youth Initiative for Climate Action (CYICA) is a youth-led organization driving ecological restoration and agricultural resilience in Gombe State, North-Eastern Nigeria. Operating at the intersection of botanical science, digital growth, and data security, our mission is to reverse severe land degradation and secure regional food supply chains in frontline communities. We specialize in deploying localized, climate-resilient agrifood biotechnology—such as our award-winning resilient sorghum strains recognized by the UN FAO in 2025—while leveraging targeted multi-channel digital strategies to mobilize a network of over 10,000 active youth into community-led nature stewardship. Our leadership combines advanced environmental management expertise with professional cybersecurity training to ensure completely transparent, secure, and verifiable grassroots project execution.
