City/Sync

City/Sync is building a decentralized public administration framework for cities, starting with a Civic-Credit volunteer network that lets public-service organizations publish tasks, recognize completed work with credits, and enable redemption for local value. After validating the core mechanisms, we will run Mass Coordination Events where multiple organizations collaborate on visible civic initiatives, using the credit system to mobilize participation efficiently. Successful coordination patterns will become reusable modular applications (dPANs) that communities can activate repeatedly. Long-term, we aim for each city to run its own open-source local chain with civic models and applications built on this foundation, enabling scalable civic experimentation and interoperability across jurisdictions while integrating with existing local government processes.
