CENCUDER (Centre for Community Development and Environmental Restoration) is a registered NGO in Cameroon founded in 2008 that undertakes sustainable agricultural activities to protect forests and natural resources, implements school and community projects, and provides access to clean and affordable energy. The organization works in four main project areas: education, environmental protection, sustainable development and community building. CENCUDER strengthens wildlife conservation in the Bakossi National Park by raising awareness about animal rights and ecosystem protection, while preventing habitat destruction through training in regenerative agriculture techniques like inga alley cropping. The organization also provides portable water supply, empowers rural communities with solar energy, builds environmental and gender-sensitive latrines, and carries out tree planting in schools and communities.
