Association of women in aviation maintenance

The Association of Women in Aviation Maintenance (AWAM Kenya) is a youth driven organization focused on empowering girls and young women through aviation, STEM education, leadership, and sustainability initiatives. The organization creates opportunities for young people to explore careers in aviation, engineering, robotics, and innovation through mentorship, workshops, and hands on learning experiences. AWAM Kenya also promotes climate awareness by educating communities on the environmental impact of aviation and the importance of sustainable practices. Through tree planting, environmental campaigns, and climate focused STEM programs, the organization encourages young people to develop innovative solutions that support a greener and more sustainable future for aviation and society.
