Nila.land

Nila was founded in rural Tamil Nadu, India in 2025. We are a global financier of informally organized self-help groups (SHGs), using stablecoins and RWAs. Our cost to borrow is about 1/30th of that of a standard MFI, which means we can design very tailored loan needs. We are the project steward for one of our partners; the Mother Theresa Union. A group of about 900 woman that cultivate sugarcane and sesame, our impact so far this year (2026) is about 75 loans, 5.5K AUM, and provided funding to encourage mulching to about 3/4th of the loans we provide.
